DREW WEST
Drew West of Sarahsville is employed as Director of Physical Therapy at First Settlement Physical Therapy. He was appointed to the Board by the Noble County Commissioners in 2018.
VICE-PRESIDENT,
CATHERINE LaFOLLETTE
Catherine LaFollette of Sarahsville is a stay-at-home mom of three children. She also serves on the Help Me Grow Advisory Council in Noble County. She was appointed to the Board by the Probate Judge.
SECRETARY
ANGELA CROCK
Angela Crock of Caldwell, owner of the Caldwell Food Center Emporium, holds a master’s degree in counseling education. She was appointed to the Board by the Noble County Commissioners.
The Noble County Board of Developmental Disabilities meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.

TRACY JACKSON
Tracy Jackson of Pleasant City was appointed to the Board by the Noble County Commissioners. She is employed in the Rolling Hills Local School District and is also a Registered Nurse and independent health care provider.
DENNIS RIDDLE
Dennis Riddle of Caldwell is a substitute teacher in the Caldwell School District. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and has worked as a juvenile and adult probation officer. He was appointed to the Board by the Probate Judge.

JUDY WEISEND
Judy Weisend of Caldwell was appointed to the Board by the Noble County Commissioners in 2021. She retired from the Noble County Department of Job and Family Services and the Family and Children First Council after serving for 27 years.

SHELLY MILLER
Shelly Miller of Caldwell is the first person with lived experience to be appointed to the Board of Developmental Disabilities in Noble County. She is eager to connect with people of all abilities and be of service.
