BOARD OF DIRECTORS
PRESIDENT
DREW WEST
Drew West of Sarahsville is employed as Director of Physical Therapy at First Settlement Physical Therapy. He was appointed to the Board by the Noble County Commissioners in 2018.
VICE-PRESIDENT
CATHERINE LaFOLLETTE
Catherine LaFollette of Sarahsville is a stay-at-home mom of three children. She also serves on the Help Me Grow Advisory Council in Noble County. She was appointed to the Board by the Probate Judge.
SECRETARY
ANGELA CROCK
Angela Crock of Caldwell, owner of the Caldwell Food Center Emporium, holds a master’s degree in counseling education. She was appointed to the Board by the Noble County Commissioners.
TRACY JACKSON
Tracy Jackson of Pleasant City was appointed to the Board by the Noble County Commissioners. She is employed in the Rolling Hills Local School District and is also a Registered Nurse and independent health care provider.
AMANDA MYERS
Amanda Myers is a Registered Nurse and the parent of a child who is eligible for County Board services. She was appointed to the Board in September 2025 by the Probate Judge.
SHELLY MILLER
Shelly Miller of Caldwell is the first person with lived experience to be appointed to the Board of Developmental Disabilities in Noble County. She is eager to connect with people of all abilities and be of service.
RACHEL KONKLER
Caldwell resident Rachel Konkler is an Occupational Therapist employed at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Findlay. Konkler was appointed to the Board by the County Commissioners in June 2026.
The Noble County Board of Developmental Disabilities’ board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the County Board administration building located at 46049 Marietta Road, Caldwell, OH 43724.
